In the Middle School Years (Grades 6 to 8) self-reliance in learning becomes an important aim. The curriculum incorporates Social Studies and Science in addition to the subjects taught earlier. Attention is given to the requisite level in each subject by defining attainment standards. Collaborative learning is a regular feature at this stage, as children learn to work together, as well as independently. They learn to set immediate goals and have long term objectives. Responsible and upright behaviour are an expression of the school culture.
As we enter the first phase of the implementation of our National Education Policy 2020, our focus from here on would be to use different learning models developed on the basis of Experiential learning in order to make it a joyous and encouraging process for the children. The curriculum is going to be contorted towards Project Based Learning where the students would be encouraged to engage in the classroom and form a sustainable relationship with the social and natural and with his/her own self. This shall be done through the creation of immersive long-lasting experience journeys built on the real world problems.
This methodology would be successful in galvanizing the understanding and implementation of 21st Century skills such as problem solving, creativity, discovery and inventions, planning and management and outlining the conclusions followed a guided learning approach. The goal would be encourage the students to identify their interests and abilities through an extensive exploration process.
The challenge of the primary years having been met successfully, the student is now ready for the next stage – the stage of creative and accelerated learning. The students become aware of the need to set daily goals and have long-term objectives. The smooth transition from childhood to adolescence is facilitated by imparting a comprehensive value-based education.

The knowledge and skills gained during the Middle School years equip the students with a firm academic foundation to pursue a variety of educational options in the future. Throughout the curriculum, students are presented with the opportunities to research, solve problems and come to their own conclusions and make decisions.
At this stage, students have the choice of a curriculum leading to the All India Secondary School Examination conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), New Delhi.

Skill based subjects:
Emulating the skill-based model of education as per NEP 2020 and CBSE guidance, we have also introduced the skill subjects at the secondary level. Choosing any one Skill subject at this level can helps the child to pursue what truly interests or pleases him or her. This liberty promotes a sense of self-esteem in accepting one’s own talents and strengths. We are offering four skill based subjects from which the student has to opt any one:

- Physical Activity Trainer
Students in the Senior Secondary stage become more specialised in their academics, and focus on their eventual career choices. The school offers a range of specialised subject teaching to equip students for higher education and the professional world.
