Mathematics as a subject is indispensable in the development of any nation with respect to science and technology since mathematics itself is the language of science.

Hermann Gmeiner School's Mathematics Lab is a place where students experiment and explore patterns and ideas. Main objectives of setting a Mathematics Lab in school are:

1. To arouse interest, motivate learning, and a favourable attitude towards maths.

2. Allowing for individual differences in manner and speed at which students learn.

3. Allowing students to actually engage in the doing rather than being a passive observer.

All the mathematical activities are done according to the syllabus prescribed for " Primary, Secondary, and senior secondary. Our Maths Lab is ultra modern and well equipped which makes teaching and learning activity based and experimentation oriented. It exhibits the relatedness of mathematics concepts with everyday life.
