Robotics Lab

Our school has introduced Robotics. In today’s’ technology-driven world, it’s important now more than ever to prepare students for the future. Teaching robotics to young students throughout their schooling can increase their ability to be creative and innovative thinkers and more productive members of society. Many governments have already recognized the importance of robotics in the classroom and have begun to create programs and laws that would incorporate it into their public education system. By teaching our students the basics of robotics, we can open a whole new world to them and exciting opportunities that they wouldn’t have access to otherwise.

Our robotics programs are divided into two major categories:

Hardware-oriented robotic courses

Software-oriented robotic courses

The hands-on learning of robotics prepares the student to develop complicated systems that have an array of applications in different walks of life. There are numerous projects that we have already taught to students such as Blinking of LED, project on alarm system, screamers, melody generator, Arduino Uno, Advanced Virtual RISC and 7 segment counter, line following robot etc. This basically challenges a student’s logical thinking skills and helps them command a bot without going into details of their inner workings. This also teaches students valuable life skills in teamwork, communication and even community participation.
